Steps to reproduce:
(1) download CONNECTMobile from Play Store
(2) login to app
(3) Unable to use any of the interactive tools on the bottom of the screen on the app (buttons are unusable)

Expected result:
Able to use the tools recently (before this release of Chrome) where could click on the bottom part of the screen

Actual result:
When try and use anything on the bottom part of the screen it doesn't seem to be registering the touch
