Cloudprint-Treiber kann nicht installiert werden

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected result?


What happens instead?
Nichts passiert, da steht: "download wird vorbereitet"

Tried to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 69.0.3497.100 Using windows.Attaching screen-cast for reference.
Steps: 
------
1. Launched chrome 
2. Navigated the URL "https://tools.google.com/dlpage/cloudprintdriver"
3. Clicked on download google cloud print button 
As we are observed that the file is downloading succssesfully and able to install 

@Reporter: Could you please check the process that we followed and please let us know if anything missed from our end.
