chromium.perf.Linux Builder Perf is offline.

It looks like, for the past week, we just haven't had any Linux builder online. Looking at the list of builders (https://luci-milo.appspot.com/p/chromium/g/chromium.perf/builders), there's clearly not a builder there like there is for Mac, Windows, or Android.

Because of this, linux-perf hasn't run any benchmarks since 9/4: https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/chromium.perf/linux-perf/

Ned, any idea why the linux builder was taken offline?

On second thought, it looks like it's just the buildbot version of the bot that's not running (buildbot/chromium.perf/linux-perf). The LUCI versions of the bot (buildbucket/luci.chrome.ci/linux-builder-perf) exists with an accompanying bot to actually run the benchmarks. The bot has run as recently as today.

It looks like this is a case where we just need to take down the non-LUCI version of the bot because it's causing errors to show up in SOM. 

Ned, is there a plan to take this bot down?
