Works for me. Is there anything in the developer tools console?
Thanks for the help.
I opened the Developer Tools Console tab as requested, in an anonymous Chromium session. Screenshot attached: indeed it shows some errors.
Any suggestion?

Yes the first line indicates the tumblr iframe has X-Frame-Options set to deny which means it can be embedded in an iframe. So Chrome is working as designed.

Please contact the site author to get it fixed; sounds like they are embedded an incorrect tumblr link.
Thank you for the help.
After exchanging some emails with the author of the site PlainTextOffenders.com, two suggestions arose:

1) accept Tumblr privacy consent permissions (GPDR);
2) switch off any ad blockers on PlainTextOffenders.com.

The second suggestion fixed it for me. In particular, switching off EFF Privacy Badger on PlainTextOffenders.com now makes the site work.
