right click the url address bar doesn't select the whole url

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. click the address bar
2. double click (right click) touchpad

What is the expected behavior?
the whole url address should be selected

What went wrong?
only part of the url selected, only the last words got selected

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6

Thanks for the report.  This issue has already been fixed for Chrome 70.  Sadly, it's too late to merge the fix into Chrome 69.
