notification.onclick event is not fired instead new chrome tab is opened when notification is clicked

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to this link "https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/myfirstnodejs-8325b.appspot.com/o/NotificationIssue_69.html?alt=media&token=1053a326-ce7a-4ab2-ac87-a599cbe0c4f3" or download the attached file (NotificationIssue_69.html), host it in any server and open the hosted file in chrome. 2. Type some text in input field and click "Notify me" button twice. 3. Click on the notification immediately. What is the expected behavior? notification.onclick event should be fired. What went wrong? A new chrome tab is opened and pointing to the root domain. Did this work before? Yes 67 Does this work in other browsers?
