This IDL file:

restates the "MediaTrackConstraint" IDL definition in a way that is based on a very old version of the standard (calling it MediaStreamConstraint and CaptureOptions rather than MediaTrackConstraints and MediaStreamConstraints).

This should be deleted, and the standard IDL type used instead.
