Steps:
1) Go to namecheap.com and sign in
2) Select Top-up balance, then choose credit card
3) Autofill tries to fill the country field with phone number

There appears to be a hidden field with ADDRESS_HOME_COUNTRY that is categorized correctly.  However, the country picker says:
