What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Enable Zero State Suggestions Flag
(2) Tap search box with no query
(3) Icons are blurry

What is the expected result?
Same icons are used in both zero state and with query

What happens instead?
Zero state uses blurry icons, but once a search is executed, the icons sharpen
