PaintCanvasVideoRenderer (https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/media/renderers/paint_canvas_video_renderer.cc?rcl=0179aee404cf258548dc163ab5e8ad7aafbfc486&l=910) produce a skia image that’s the conversion from YUV/NV12 to RGB. Texture allocated inside of skia. Probably shouldn’t use skia directly (needs gl). Maybe migrate to Resource/RasterInterface?
