Issue descriptionChrome Version : 68.0.3440.91 URLs (if applicable) : https://google.com Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: FAIl Safari:Not Tested Firefox:Not Tested Edge: What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) You have whatsapp then click on your chat to your family or anyone else then do an export chat and click copy to clipboard. (2) then open your chrome browser, (3) and open any link or leave blank as an example I open google.co.id/ and I Paste that I copied from export whatsapp to the clipboard and see Google Chrome exposed to DOS (Crash). What is the expected result? for results when someone doesn't know what export means? then he copied to the clipboard then opened the incognito mode in Chrome and he paste;) perfectly the person lost the Chrome Incognito tab and Chrome Closed. What happens instead? Google Chrome has a DOS Bug even though in another browser I use the example: Puffin Browser Pro when I copy to the url tab does not occur CRASH and only becomes text content: //com.whatsapp.fileprovider/external/WhatsApp/.Shared/WhatsApp%20Chat%20with%20%E2%80%AA%2B62%20812-SENSORED-SENSORED%E2%80%AC.txt but if I paste the whatsapp chat to Google Chrome, export it directly, Crash or get a DOS Bug. Hi, okay I know DOS is wrong, but it's just a wrong title. the effect of this can make Crash even Close Chrome in incognito mode and the incognito tab is lost. of course you can change the Title in the issue here. and is there an update ??

Hi all I have an addition, For WhatsApp Messenger has been fixed for Export Chat to Copy Clipboard. but for WhatsApp Business is still there and so it's still Effect;) Thanks you, Indonesia🇮🇩

Hi skyos...@chromium.org unfortunately, I can't try again! because whatsapp has removed: export copy to clipboard feature .. and how can it be? after I report here ... the feature is missing from Whatsapp messenger & Whatsapp business. this is weird. :D Best, Indonesia.

Could you share the crash id by navigating to chrome://crashes? This looks like an omnibox bug when pasting a large amount of text.
