Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3549.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open webstore 2. go to "My extensions&Apps" from top setting icon 3. go to Library 4. you can install chrome OS apps can install in windows version chromium What is the expected behavior? chrome OS apps can now install in other platforms in indirect way What went wrong? chrome OS apps can now install in other platforms WebStore page: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/user/library?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon Did this work before? Yes Version 71.0.3545.0 Chrome version: 71.0.3549.0 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: 589898 when i used Version 71.0.3546.0 first time i don,t seen this problem after a day i seen this problem in same version

Tried to reproduce the issue on reported chrome and chromium version 71.0.3549.0 using Windows 10. Steps: --------- 1. Launched reported chrome and chromium 2. Navigated to given URL and signed in >> Navigated to Library >> Searched for Camera (as per screen-cast) As we have seen Camera extension on Library @Reporter : Could you please check the attached screen cast and please let us know if anything missed from our end. If possible provide screen-cast for triaging it. Thanks.!
