What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into User -> Now at Uber Tray select 'Sign out' option 
(2)In Sign out screen at uber Tray select 'Accessibility' -> Select 'On-screen Keyboard' option -> Keyboard icon is seen at shelf -> Now click on Password field so that Keyboard pops up
(3)Now  press 'Tab' button and observe focus traversal(Tab focus first is seen on Dropdown of User) i.e. unable to view tab focus traversal on 'Shut down' , 'Browse as Guest', 'Add Person' and 'Uber Tray' options as Keyboard is available and even keyboard is not getting minimized when tab focus is traversing on those options

Note: Need to click on Keyboard icon to observe where tab focus is available 

Expected: keyboard should get minimized when tab focus is traversing through 'Shut down' , 'Browse as Guest', 'Add Person' and 'Uber Tray' options 
Actual: Instead Unable to view tab focus on those options

This is Non-Regression Issue  seen from M-62
