Steps to reproduce:
1.Launch chrome, navigate to above test url and install the extension.
2.Right click on extension icon in omnibox and select 'options' from context menu.
3.On extension option overlay, select any of the 'Panel Icon Size' and observe the emojis.

Actual Result: Emojis are not visible on options overlay for 'Emoji Keyboard by EmojiOne' extension.
Expected Result: Emojis should be seen on options overlay for 'Emoji Keyboard by EmojiOne' extension.

This is Non-Regression issue seen from ‘M-60’ series, build #60.0.3072.0
