Automatically assigning owner based on suspected regression changelist https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/61c71162b81037b9db2b09d03d940b424a5b5eb9 (Implement new transform feedback buffer binding rules). If this is incorrect, please let us know why and apply the Test-Predator-Wrong-CLs label. If you aren't the correct owner for this issue, please unassign yourself as soon as possible so it can be re-triaged.

This is a crash inside Apple's OpenGL driver. It's likely a consequence of the same issue as bug 811614. I can't reproduce the crash locally.
