Automatically assigning owner based on suspected regression changelist https://skia.googlesource.com/skia/+/06ab3836f779dbcbcd067a9261300616ff7cc594 (Restore ability to dump SKSL in addition to GLSL). If this is incorrect, please let us know why and apply the Test-Predator-Wrong-CLs label. If you aren't the correct owner for this issue, please unassign yourself as soon as possible so it can be re-triaged.

This couldn't be caused by my change which modified code that isn't run. However, this could be a real issue, either a driver bug or Skia sending uninit data to the driver. Assigning to this week's Skia GPU wrangler.

I can't seem to duplicate this on my Mac, and looking at the repro case it's very simple and shouldn't be generating this result. I'm re-running the fuzz on the bots, but my suspicion is that this is a driver bug.
