Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Only tested with the bookmark menu below the address input: 1. Create a bookmark folder. 2. Create a subfolder in the folder. 3. Add two bookmarks to the subfolder. 4. Open the bookmark folder and hover above the subfolder to expand it. What is the expected behavior? If I drag my mouse into the subfolder and hover about any of the bookmarks, I expect a pop with the title and url of my bookmark to appear. What went wrong? Two things are wrong: a) If I hover over one bookmark in the subfolder, hovering over a second bookmark won't show another pop up anymore. I have to move the mouse out of the subfolder first. b) The pop up information for the bookmarks will be wrong if the bookmark I am hovering over is not the first bookmark my mouse pointer was above when moving it into the subfolder. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version:

Confirmed. We don't seem to be updating the tooltip at all after opening the folder. I'll take this since I'm touching some other things in the bookmark bar
