Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. launch Chrome 70
2. go to gmail.com (with or without caching disabled)
3. Gmail complains about features not loaded

What is the expected behavior?
A working Gmail

What went wrong?
The console reports lots of promises/fetch requests that weren't fulfilled. When I load individual files ("open in new tab"), they work.
