Chrome color chooser hex input text field does not have an accessible name. |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 71.0.3549.0 OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Click on an input field with type="color". (2) A color chooser should appear What is the expected result? The hex input text field should have an accessible name. What happens instead? The hex input text field doesn't have an accessible name.
