Dinosaur birthday hitbox bug

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Travel to September 9
2. Visit any page when offline or visit chrome://dino
3. Press the up arrow to start the game
4. Run into the birthday cake and acquire the birthday hat
5. Play the game until the birds appear
6. Duck under a middle-flying bird

What is the expected behavior?
The dino adeptly crawls underneath the bird without stumbling

What went wrong?
The birthday hat extends the height of the dino a smidge too much, causing the poor fellow to stumble into the bird and end the game. The dino's birthday is ruined.

Thanks for filing the issue!

As the issue isn't related to chrome, rather it's being caused due to the changes made in the game. Hence cc'ing the respective Dev to have a look into this and help in further triaging it.

Yes, sorry jmartindale, somewhat intentional to make the game more of a challenge! A lot of users don't know about ducking or can't duck (mobile), so well timed jumps are required.
