Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Google Chrome 69 (both Windows 10 and Android versions) displays Georgian letters as squares. I tried reinstalling chrome, encoding, installed new font packets etc. Nothing helped. This problem only occurs on Chrome browser. Other browsers and programs display every Georgian font properly.  How can I fix it?
