Localization bug: German translation of "Add shortcut"

Reported by jannhorn@googlemail.com, Sep 9

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/69.0.3497.81 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Ensure that your browser displays the UI in German.
2. Open a new tab.
3. Click the "Add shortcut" button in the area that shows recently-visited sites.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
A prompt appears with the title string "Tastenkombination hinzufügen". This appears to be translation ID 6078323886959318429, in English "Add shortcut".
"Tastenkombination hinzufügen" is German for "add key combination", but this dialog is about a different kind of shortcut that doesn't involve key combinations.

Did this work before? N/A

Thanks for your report. This will be fixed in one of the next Chrome 69 updates (probably next week).
