What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Command + Click a hyperlink in an external application such as Spark Email or Airmail 3
2. Chrome opens the hyperlink and becomes the topmost application

What is the expected result?
Chrome should open the hyperlink but its application window should stay behind the external application.

What happens instead of that?
Chrome becomes the topmost application
