Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable "Always Show Bookmarks Bar"
2. Go to a website with links on the page
3. Drag a link to the bookmark bar and release

What is the expected behavior?
Dragging a link to the bookmark bar creates a new bookmark in place

What went wrong?
Nothing happens and the link does not get created as a bookmark
