[iOS] On iPads the Omnibox Text input Field is not vertically aligned with the Suggestion Dropdown List

Chrome Version: Chrome 69 Stable
OS: iOS 11.4,1
Device: iPad

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run Chrome on an iPad
(2) Focus the Omnibox

What is the expected result?
When focussing the Omnibox, the Text input field could be at the position where the suggestions in the Dropdown starts.


What happens instead?
The Text input field is not aligned with the Suggestion Dropdown List.
