text not rendering properly

Application version: 69
Operating system: 5.1.1

URLs (if applicable): any URL

Steps to reproduce:
(1) open any webpage
(2) issue goes away when resizing text
(3) reappears randomly

Tested the  issue on android and unable to reproduce this issue

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Launched chrome and navigated to bbc.com/news
2. scrolled down and observed proper rendering of text

Chrome version:
69.0.3397.86

OS:
Android 5 

Android device:
Micromax A106

@ saz.umer: Please check the above steps and let us know if we miss anything. Is this issue consistently reproducible? Please provide device and chrome version details, this would help in further triaging.
