Não consigo acessar meu app do Bradesco por que não consigo atualizar esse aqui

Quando tento abrir o aplicativo do Bradesco diz erro do sistema e pede pra eu atualizar esse aplicativo aqui e me direciona direto a pàgina do Play Store ,sò que chegando ao Play Store percebo que não é possivel atualizar esse aplicativo e nem sei pra que serve na verdade ...preciso de ajuda
