What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Attempt to load a PDF, for example http://erikdemaine.org/papers/BRICS2002/paper.pdf

What is the expected result?

Expect PDF to render.


What happens instead?

Occasionally, PDF renders all-white.

Reloading the page makes the PDF render correctly. Once it does, the problem doesn't seem to happen again in the same browser session.

Reporting this on behalf of a colleague. I couldn't immediately reproduce this and am not sure whether it's necessary to navigate to the PDF via a click, or whether its URL can be pasted in the Omnibox to reproduce. Similar issues (though probably a different root cause) were reported in  Issue 697574  and  Issue 709771 .
