Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3534.4 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/knde0pvx/8/ Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Write a <button> or <div> element that uses a shadow-box and a border-radius 2. Click or drag the mouse over the button 3. The box-shadow will move down What is the expected behavior? The shadow stays in place, exactly how it was before the button was clicked What went wrong? We use a lot of components with shadows and border-radiuses, and they all started looking weird. I thought it was a change in the tech I was using, but I realized no one in my team reported anything, it was working correctly for them in Chrome 69. I also tried to reproduce this in Safari and wasn't able to. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes 69~ Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 70.0.3534.4 Channel: dev OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version: I believe this problem also happens in other elements, but I didn't test it further.

Thanks for filing the issue! As the issue seems to be similar to that of Issue 878195 , hence duplicating into it and removing Needs-Bisect label. |
