[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Capture and store build id at trigger time

build id should be captured and stored for flake analyzer for later display purposes when filing bugs/creating links to the originally failed build etc.

[Findit] Flake Analyzer - Store build id to MasterFlakeAnalysis

Captures and stores build_id at creation of MasterFlakeAnalysis. To start,
build_id and original_build_id will be used for display purposes only,
especially when surfacing links to the build in the various auto actions.
