Launcher preview screen not responding to highest screen size change

Project Member Reported by leberly@chromium.org, Sep 7

Issue description

Google Chrome	70.0.3538.7 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
Firmware Version	Google_Caroline.7820.384.0

Steps to reproduce:
# Set the display size to largest either via settings pages or with ctrl + shift + plus sign

# Open the launcher by clicking just once to get the smaller version of the launcher

Expected: text and icons reflect large screen size like all other parts of UI
Actual: text and icons remain smaller

Moving to M-71 to investigate
I tested on ToT. The text and icons becomes larger with smaller display size as you press ctrl+shift+plus, and vice versa. Is this fixed?

I see what you mean, they do indeed adjust with the screen resolution change, they just remain quite small relative to other things. I'll resolve this bug as WontFix.
