I and some others got it on ChromeOS. Not sure if it's specific to that OS/Builder.
Random example: https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.try/linux-chromeos-rel/89011
Yes, reverted https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1213168 :( Not sure what it is, I didn't see that locally so far.
Issue 881856 has been merged into this issue.
Relanded in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1228119 - timing issue in the HTML + DevTools test fixed.
Looking at both the flakiness dashboard for this test: https://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showAllRuns=true&testType=network_service_content_browsertests&tests=FontUniqueNameBrowserTest.ContentLocalFontsMatching As well as the bot logs around the time of Sep 7, https://ci.chromium.org/p/chromium/builders/luci.chromium.ci/linux-xenial-rel?cursor=Ci0SJ2oQc35jci1idWlsZGJ1Y2tldHITCxIFQnVpbGQYkOj2qPiX84B8DBgAIAA%3D&limit=200 It looks like the revert in c#3 successfully fixed the flake.
Sorry, I set the wrong status in #5. I meant to keep it on Fixed. The CL has been relanded, but with a fix for the test flakiness.
