Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: Device: Huawei Mobile Chrome Version: 68 (68.0.3440.70) 1.Open Chrome, input https://m.baidu.com on the address bar; 2.Open one of the articles on the home page; 3.Click on any character by the 'Electronic handwritten pen' and keep still (long press); 4.The 'Context Menu' will be popup, and for about 10 seconds, the 'ANR dialog' will be popup; 5.Select 'waiting' on the 'ANR dialog', then after a while it will be back to normal. What is the expected behavior? There is no ANR. What went wrong? There is an ANR triggered. Did this work before? Attention:*Generally this problem can only reproduce once after we open chrome, if we want to reproduce for the second time, we should restart chrome.

This sounds like an issue with web rendering, maybe caused by Javascript. Routing to them for further triage.
