I have the same problem. 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Problem i temporary solved because of solution in issue: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=880513#c56 My facebook looks fyzzy all the way if i don't change chrome://flags/#top-chrome-md from default to normal. Maybe it works for you too. I didn't have this problem in Chrome 68 or before... since Chrome/69.0.3497.81 i have this problem on my windows 7 machine
