Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Update to 69 stable 2. Open Chrome 3. Wait 3 seconds - you can type and open tabs in that 3 seconds What is the expected behavior? I can use Chrome. What went wrong? Chrome closes. No "Aw, Snap!", no other message, it just closes a seond or so after freezing (which in turn is 3s after starting). client_id (also attached the Local State file) "client_id2":"13f2e4ab-edb7-45a7-a802-0ebd93294a4f","client_id_timestamp":"1478100499" Crashed report ID: No, since it just closes How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes 68 Chrome version: 69 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Crash on Startup Since the update to 69, Chrome tells me to uninstall Dropbox at startup. So I see that tab open, and I have 3s to interact with it. I managed to close that page and open a new tab with google.com open in those 3s, but it still freezes. Also, I uninstalled Dropbox as the page states - curiously, when opening Chrome again afterwards, it still lists Dropbox as installed and still freezes. Maybe something with the Program scan thing is wrong?

Forgot to mention that I tried a clean profile already but it didn't change anything. After uninstalling/reinstalling, extensions still were there - I'm gonna try a full clean uninstall/reinstall on Monday and see whether that helps. (is there a better/more official guide for a full cleanup than messing with the registry as in https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/chrome/l3t67Fsq56A/MmqUXWuNBAAJ?)

After uninstalling again with "Remove Userdata" checked, deleting some folders, then re-installing and logging back in I no longer experience the crash. I'd say the issue is solved for me, but it's still weird... Note that Chrome doesn't ask me to uninstall Dropbox anymore as in the beginning.

Thanks for the reply. As per C#4, issue got resolved but still weird. You can see uninstall Dropbox once you select chrome & click on Uninstall button in control panel. Are you talking about the same or let us know if that is not the case?
