Why after removing password on page chrome://settings/passwords registry is rewinded to begining list

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/71.0.3544.2 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open chrome://settings/passwords
2. go to end of list for removing some passwords
3. remove some password

What is the expected behavior?
List is stay on place and i can remove another password without rewinding to end of list

What went wrong?
After each removing password the list is rewind to beginning

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 71.0.3544.2  Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
