Allow gesture taps to autocomplete current suggestion

A gesture press on the search box should autocomplete current suggestion if there is currently autocomplete text present.

cros: Add AppList gesture tap autocomplete

Allow AppList autocomplete to complete suggestions
if SearchBoxView recieves a tap gesture event.
