Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to a network where a Google Cast is present
2. Select the "Cast" option in the system tray to cast your screen
3. Select a Google Cast
4. Your entire ChromeOS instance will crash instantly

What is the expected behavior?
Your screen would be mirrored on the display that the Chromecast is connected to

What went wrong?
The entire session crashes
