Seems to be a timeout in the bvt-arc HWTest stage, unclear if this is an infra issue. Other PFQ bots have passed this stage with this version of chrome/chromeos, so it's most likely a transient failure of some kind. 

Subsequent builds did not get past the BuildPackages stage due to  http://crbug.com/881395 .
