Chrome Version: ToT on 06AUG2018

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(0) Drag chrome browser into split screen.
(1) Get a chrome web dialog (shows in upper right corner of browser).

What is the expected result?
The dialog shows correctly

What happens instead?
Dialog shows up under the divider.
