What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open multiple arc windows
(2) Click the homecher button

What is the expected result?
All windows minimize, homecher shows.

What happens instead?
MRU window minimizes, but the rest do not. Multiple presses of the homecher button sometimes shows homecher, but not always.
