Steps:
# Powerwash to get to OOBE
# Navigate through screens to get to "One last thing" screen (this seems to only happen intermittently, I'm not sure how to always trigger it)
# Use tab to put focus on the toggle switch
Expected: text associated with that switch is read such as "Get the latest updates and recommendations on Play Store apps" Button Pressed 
Actual: only says Button, making it essentially an unlabeled button
