Allow mouse presses to autocomplete current suggestion

A mouse press on the search box should autocomplete current suggestion if there is currently autocomplete text present.

cros: Add AppList mouse press autocomplete

Allow AppList autocomplete to complete suggestions
if SearchBoxView recieves a mouse press event.
