Help rolling depot_tools in cros recipes

dgarrett@ usually handles cros recipes changes but he is currently OOO.

I am trying to roll depot_tools to fix  crbug.com/881395 : crrev.com/c/1211182

I trained the recipe tests but I'm now getting an error from infra-internal and I'm not sure how to proceed: https://ci.chromium.org/p/infra-internal/builders/luci.infra-internal.try/build_limited%20Roll%20Tester%20%28build%29/b8936110895206149328

Roll has landed after adding "Recipe-Nontrivial-Roll: build_limited_scripts_slave" CL footer. Now watching go/recipe-roller for the resulting nontrivial roll.
