We already have content::SourceLocation. Instead of adding one more in navigation_initiator.mojom we should reuse it, or use delete it and use the one added in navigation_initiator.mojom.




We now have 3 CSPViolationParams struct representing the same thing:
1) content::CSPViolationParams
2) blink::mojom::CSPViolationParams
3) blink::WebContentSecurityPolicyViolation

The 3 structures should be merged into one
