# Powerwash to get to OOBE
# Turn on ChromeVox with ctrl + alt + z
# Navigate to connecting to wifi 
# Use the arrows keys to move up and down the list
Expected: focus moves smoothly on this list despite ordering changing due to increased/decreased signal strength of networks
Actual: intermittently, ChromeVox will get "stuck" on a network and pressing the arrow key will do nothing, focus remains on the network while visually the list scrolls up
