Chrome 69 breaks access to local intranet sites

Reported by zoran.ga...@gmail.com, Sep 6

Issue description

Chrome Version : 69.0.3497.81
URLs (if applicable) : Local intranet sites hosted on IIS
Other browsers tested:
IE11: PASS (11.0.9600.17843)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) tried to access https://iwa (local intranet site hosted on IIS)

What is the expected result?
Open under construction page.

What happens instead?
Got login screen. I've tried to add domain username in all formats, but dialog pops all the time.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Accessing this site was normal in previous version of Chrome 68. After update, it keeps asking for credentials. iwa is CNAME record for server, if I try to access using server name https://srsns1awfe01 I get Under construction page.

For graphics-related bugs, please copy/paste the contents of the about:gpu
page at the end of this report.

Tried on 71.0.3544.2 and it works. Registered SPN for CNAME and now works
with Chrome 69 also.
Tnx!
