Unfortunately, shortcut keys to change tabs does not work correctly with JIS keyboard.

The left tab of current tab should be opened. What went wrong? The right tab of current tab is opened. Did this work before? Yes 68 Chrome version: 69.0.3497.81 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.13.6 Flash Version: It seems that this problem is based on the difference between US keyboard and JIS keyboard.
