Issue descriptionChrome version: 70.0.3538.9 (Official Build)Revision bbaf922671f0864634145724488000061f98a1a3-refs/branch-heads/3538@{#72} (32/64 Bit). OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS), Mac(10.12.6, 10.13.1, 10.13.6, 10.14). Test URL: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/grammarly-for-chrome/kbfnbcaeplbcioakkpcpgfkobkghlhen?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon Steps to reproduce: 1.Launch chrome and navigate to the above URL 2.Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Add to chrome' button. (After extension gets added scroll up and observe the 'Add to chrome' button.) 3.Reload the page, right click on extension icon in omnibox and remove the extension.(Now, observe both 'Add to chrome' button on bottom and top of the page.) Actual Result: One of the 'Add to chrome' button does not change its state according to performed action. Expected Result: 'Add to chrome' button should change its state according to performed action This is Non-Regression issue seen from ‘M-60’ series, build #60.0.3072.0 Kindly refer the attached screen-cast for reference. Looks like a Webstore issue. Might be a bug with the new UI. Assigning to James who should be able to route it to the correct owner.
