Keyboard is hung after long press on keyboard.

Issue description

Version 70.0.3538.0(Official build) canary (32-bit)
Platform 11038.0.0（official build) canary-channel kevin
Firmware Google_Kevin.8785.264.0


REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard.
2.Long press any key on the keyboard.
3.Release the press, type any key.


Actual result: 
The keyboard is hung, since the no any response for step #3.
